Like about ten days ago or so she was just sitting there and letting us walk all around her and she walked odd and her head and tail was dropped but then when I touched her she ran away looking normal, then I noticed she hadn’t laid an egg in three days so I looked at her vent stomach etc and I was scared she may be egg bound so I put her in warm water and oiled up her vent . Well after that still no eggs but she started acting like herself again, except still no eggs , now that was like a week ago and now she’s sitting around again all puffed up and like just off

Well I don’t think she’s broody because she’s just out in the yard not in a box like normal
And she stopped laying a couple of days before she started acting this way

Check her crop first thing in the morning before she's had anything to eat/drink - see if it's empty.

Did you notice any bloat/swelling or fluid in the abdomen when you examined her?
Ok at the rust of sounding like an idiot idk what a crop is really lol and when I examined her ( with my lack of knowledge) I didn’t notice anything

The crop is her food pouch. It's located on the right side of the breast. If you run your hand down her breast you should be able to feel that if she's been eating/drinking.
Feel of some of your other hens so you can get a good idea of what it's like - some hens eat more and their crops are more pronounced. The crop will basically be full at night when they go to roost. (Hens fill up on food) It should empty overnight (all that pooping!) and the crop should be flat/empty in the morning. IF her crop is not empty in the morning, let us know.
