My EE is sluggish

My EE is very sluggish, I have the door open for my hens to free range, she came out walked around really slow then went back in and laid down in the run, is this normal or could something be wrong?

That could be almost anything. Photos can help. More specific info about behavior, appearance, etc. will as well.
