Hmmm - Are you referring to her ear lobes. This guy's ear lobes are kinda white striped.

I would suggest searching the BYC site for "white earlobe" and seeing what other people have experienced. It is really helpful to post a picture if you can!

One of my girls comb and wattles turned hazy and white-ish this winter. It looked like dry skin, so I put some olive oil on it. It looked better immediately and hasn't been a problem since. I hope that your issue is as easy to resolve!
