So my duck egg is fully black right now and is not moving inside right now is he/she dead?

Well you gotta take a pic of candling it so I could give you an advice.
Try slightly tapping and whistling to the egg to see if it responds. But to be safe, as long as it have visible veins, no foul smell, I'd leave it in the bator. And also, ducklings don't tend to move all the time inside the egg. Another indication of a dead duck egg is when it's shell starts to turn blue. Watch out for that. As I can see in the picture, there aren't any visible veins, do you see some when you turn it on the other side?
