Congrats on your adorable new babies!!

I have only hatched one set of eggs before. I am currently on my second batch. Silkies this time. The hatch in your pics looks so 'wet' I am wondering if that is normally how they are. Mine was nothing like that the first time. Maybe my humidity was too low causing a dry hatch?

How low was your humidity on your first hatch? I'm having issues. I'm on day 15 of 17 (button quail). The water troughs are totally full and I put water on a sponge and my humidity is still only 62%. Is that too low?

not sure what the humidity was but temp stayed around 99.5
