my eggs arnt hatching what shall I do

I have some eggs what arnt hatching one I set on the 1/18/12 and one on the 1/20/12 and they havenhatched what should I do

take them out and open and see what is inside, that is to long to incubate

I also have one that its the 21 days 2 day and still nothing what shall I do with that one ?

Toss the first two. Keep the second one. Wait till day 23 to toss.

Sadley they all died in development so how many days after the 21 day should I keep them in for ?
