I dont know why Im fine all day then hours in the night i randomly have a anaphylaxis attack and now my eyes are swollen and im itchy all over and I had to inhale already and take an allergy pill last time this happened was August from chinese wings I didnt do anything today

Well my processed egg finally laid her first egg at 40 weeks and 3 days pics dont do it but actually looks bluer then her cousin beablettes egg

Here it is next to beablette egg her is greener but the camera doesnt pic it up

will have to get the next egg to blow out for my collection as this one was frozen
And heres the hen who laid it

Started culling some of the black hens I don't need and no one wants to buy so gotta process them before they are tough and rubbery this pullet was 10 weeks old and my goodness was she juicy

picked the carcass clean

I dry plucked as I dont feel like setting up everything for a few birds was gonna do another but not in -3 degree weather this one I did my feet where freezing, nothing goes to waste the innards and feathers my rats get, the skin and bones my dog gets. still have 4 more to do soon.

Was a pleasent day to take photos as yesterday I didnt even leave my bed and didnt open coops up or anything

Only been getting one egg a day from 26 birds so cant even start to collect to hatch

My mottled pair apparently wasnt in the coop last night seen the hen walking around this morning and the rooster ontop the coop...not sure where they were last night but could of been worse as it was below freezing hoping they roosted somewhere otherwise feet might be frost biten

Last time I got feed was Jan 4th (page 3) and now prices are even higher so prolly will be selling more birds come spring as I cant afford this as my yt doesnt make that much anymore I actually got the 18% grower which is all dust but gonna seriously start getting meat goat feed as its cheaper then chicken feed
