My Experience w/ Lancaster Fancy Fowl

Thank you! Heather got back to me quickly and I'm doing a little research on what she has, just to see if they'll fit in with my two (hers are bantams and mine are godzillas lol) Thank you so much for the referral.

PayPal said they'd process the refund today. I hope they do! I gave him sooo many chances and never once got mean or nasty with him; although at times it would have been warranted. I kept giving him the benefit of a doubt and he just didn't care I guess. I even tried again this morning to see if perhaps someone got sick or there was an emergency, but nothing. Was the forum you read on here?
I just read a long forum regarding LFF. Sounds like a lot of upset people. Hope you get a refund. Good luck!

I had a very bad experience with them, Sold me MALES not females like they were supposed to be. bought 4 barred rocks and 1 creamy legbar chicks that were sexed as FEMALES. the legbar died the next day and 3 of the 4 chicks turned out to be MALES not females like they had assured me when I bought them. I bought 5 chickens, only to end up with 1, first time raising chicks it was very heartbreaking. It seems like they are crashing and burning and taking their customers down with them by wasting everyone's time and money.

Same results here. So disappointed to have been taken advantage of. Order was placed for orpingtons in February, paid in full. Learning lesson to be had for all I guess. I am awaiting the response from paypal. I too gave the benefit of the doubt and filed a claim at the 180 day mark :(

On the 'beware of Lancaster fancy fowl' thread there is a state police officer asking for information for his ongoing investigation of them. I went as far as giving them another chance after PayPal refunded me because he had such a sad story and say he could get me the chicks. So I went to his car shop and picked up and paid in cash for two pullets. Super long story short, they were very sick so I had him pick them up the next day to take to the vet and refund me. He never took them to the vet, said they were fine and had been checked by the inspector for npip and that I could pick them up after the weekend, but that the one was a rooster so he'd have to replace her. I called for over ten days with no reply. I gave up and gladly so. I will never do business with them again and I will warn others not to as well.
