My fall garden>

I am still working on getting our fall garden in.

But so far we have garlic at one end and onions at the other. In the center we have 1 of 3 sections (4 posts 4 feet apart) that will be peas on string supports-spacing out our planting times- with cucumbers (trying them with out big expectations) up the posts. And some random volunteers on the ends. Guessing pumpkins? Might be cucumbers? Could be zucchini? Mystery plants

On the outside edges (front) we have sections with swiss chard-Broccoli in the back and in front cabbage And (back) Kale-purple broccoli and more cabbages-Kale. Might try some brussel sprouts or ?? in front of the kale.

We have companion plants around the edges; nasturtiums, calendula (sprouting), marigolds, asylum and sweet peas on the back side. We also have tubs of lettuces, spinach, parsley etc on the outside of the garden with a couple of flower seeds to give some color.

Next up, finish up a wild flower garden!

We also transplanted some volunteer tomatoes to the new green house and are going to see what happens with Zucchini and Cucumbers in there.

We live were a frost warning makes the "breaking news" so a much longer growing season.

I still have some clean up to do in the "landscaped" parts of the yard, then clean out the companion beds around the main garden (2100 sq ft or more), Then clean out the garden and plant fall cover crops...then prune a few branches....

then....oh wait, I do have a day job too...lol

Your garden looks great and not a weed in sight

My garden is still producing like a champ, I'm harvesting okra, tomatoes (a few) pod peas, southern peas, radish, turnip, greens (several kinds) even a few summer squash (patty pans) and cukes. I'm hoping to get the carrots, beets, winter squash, yellow beans, few stragling peppers before it freezed on us
