My female turkey pollute keeps loosing her wing feathers!

My 8 week old female turkey keeps loosing her wing feathers. They look like they are getting broken or something like that because I see a little blood at the base. What could it be?!?!

Young poultry go through many molts as they grow, otherwise they would grow out of their feathers.
