Chirping
I have always bought a few day old chicks, but finally I thought to incubate my own. I found a few Serama eggs online and thought to give it a go.
On the first candling, on day 7, all but one were not progressing.
On day 14 my 1 egg looked small for the day, but I let it keep going.
Today was day 25, and I finally candled it one final time to see the same size as day 14, or a tiny bit bigger.
I opened it up tonight to see my little baby chick, and I was so suprised to see how much of a chick it looked like. Everything was there, except one organ was on the outside of her body.
I just buried her, and decided that she/he deserved a name.
