My first banty egg is starting to hatch!!

One of my banties seven eggs are starting to hatch!!! Cant believe it, Im so excited I cant contain myself. But now what? How long will it take, should I bring it in? They are free ranged so I was thinking it would be a good idea? What do I feed it? Or should I let it be with mom during the day? Will the other chickens hurt them? I only have five. Should I bring them all in the house? HELP

Let her keep them at least till they finnish hatching out.

You could let her keep them but all that peeping attracts a lot of attention.
