My first bobwhite quail eggs

I am getting some bobwhite quail eggs in a few days, Do I need a fan in incubator? I have done chickens and a few smaller quail a few times and turned out great without fan, so just wondering? How long do I leave them in and what temp?? I have 75 coming so would like to get as many to hatch as I can. Any ideas on cages for them would be great too. Oh and I would like to get by as cheep as I can. Thank You for any and all help.
