My first broody hatch! 😍

How cute is this?! She's got 3 so far (kiddo lifted her slightly to take a peak before I reminded him not to disturb her and mess with the conditions), but it's taking every once of my willpower to not go down there and snuggle them and get a close look at all the other eggs!! (Hands off incubating is not my forte! )

I've got 3 boys too! And 2 girls . The tote broody box worked SO well! She was leaving her nesting box too often, I think being forced out by others. So I put her in a dog kennel with this and it's perfect.
4 babies now! 2 light and 2 dark, and another pipped!

You might want to think about blocking the bottom half of the dog kennel... The chicks are going to fit right through those holes.

I'll be keeping the door open once they've all hatched it's a fully enclosed run. And I want them mingling right away.
