Came home from work and checked my hen-there was one cute little yellow chick with black speckles on her!!! EE Chick
So excited-i put the food and water about 2 feet from her but she was not interested and it was hard to look at the chick very long-took out the hatched egg. Can't wait till tomorrow morning and see who else has arrived!
Will post some pics when they are all here. [IMG]

Well the egg started peeping yesterday and then this morning I let out my hen to eat, etc and I thought I could see a minuscule crack on the one egg. Went to work and back at 6pm and voila -there was the cutie about 2/3's dry. [IMG] Tomorrow morning there should be more out of the eggs. [IMG]

Sad that one little chick died trying to get out of it's egg [IMG] But I guess that
happens sometimes. So 4 out of 7 eggs hatched. Happy that I have 4 healthy ones!
