my first chick just hatched, healthy, but ther is a cord like thing attatched to a shell its draggin

Is that normal? WIll it fall off? It kind of looks like an umbilical cord. The chick hatched super fast, is strong, but the shell is still attatched by a small string..

My other question is, once its dryed off, should i leave it in the incubator for 24 hrs, is it ok to open it to remove it, when there are others that have barely pipped? I have lots of questions, this is the first time

yes its normal im sure its fallen off by now but its fine. once its dry you can remove it but put it somewhere it can keep its temp up!
