Parker: cockerel. You can see the nice saddle feathers coming in, plus that comb and wattles are pretty red and prominent for a young age.
Hazel: I'm going cockerel on 'her' also
As far as your silkies I'm going to guess that Thelma is also a cockerel but keep in mind that silkies can be hard to guess until they crow or lay.

Yeah I'm not sure on the smaller breeds but I'm thinking you got played. The majority look like roos.

Just some FYI for your own future reference:
1) bantams are rarely sold as sexed in feed stores, accurately
2) feed stores are notorious for mislabeling
