My first coop I built! super easy! only $17 recycled materials.

I built my first chicken coop. We used an old armoire we had but weren't utilizing. Also we used scrap wood and spare chicken wire we have bought from the dump. We also purchased hinges and nails to a whoping total of $17 chicken coop. Check it out! This coop was made from almost ALL recycled materials. Let me know what you think. I still need to paint it. I made the first drawer a poop drawer for easy cleaning the second drawer is for supply storage.

Good job. I just love seeing how creative people can be with their coops. I would however upgrade the chicken wire because that's not going to keep anything out. It only keeps the chickens in. Stray dogs will tear into that in seconds.
