The past two days I have actually gotten some work done on the coop. The walls all have at least one coat of paint on them. My friend has my exstension ladder so I haven't been able to get any paint on the dormer.

Heres some pics.

Heres a pic of one of the girls that tried to help paint.

Its taking me longer to paint the coop than it did to frame it. Did I mention that I hate painting? Oh so much more to do, I don't think i'll ever be done.

So...

I went down to the basement..

Grabbed my scrap wood I was going to use..

And ripped two 15" x 15" sections of ply for the sides of the nest box.

Ahhhhh.. Progress is good.
