My first duckling!!! **PICS**

Well some have followed my story and others are just now hearing it.

I have a male mallard and female buff orp ducks.

Started with 17 eggs, and with the weather, ands , and goats messing with them, i never expected that I would get lucky enough for them to hatch.

I now have one beautiful baby duckling!

I cant wait to see her colors when she grows up, ill post pics once I take them

The head makes me think he/she will turn out to look more like the father, the mallard, but im hoping she/he ahs some of her mothers figure.

Lol, well I am just VERY surprised. Especially since her eggs are GREEN! I thought that they would be bad.
