My first egg!! Now what do I do?

What do I feed them? I am so excited.
They are eating a little free range and mostly starter feed.
Please let me know!!

You will need to switch to layer feed and put out some oyster shell in separate feeder that they will choose as they need it. The oyster shell provides calcium to keep the egg shell hard

Thank you so much, I will go and get the oyster shell tomorrow! Is there anything else that I need to feed them?

I only allow my chickens supervised free range because we have too many predators, so I feed them lots of veggies from my garden and leftover greens from the kitchen as well as the layer feed that I buy for them. In the evenings they get to scratch around for bugs and get some grass.
