Well, I just fried up two of my lil pullets first eggs, that she laid last Saturday and Sunday.
They DO taste different than store bought and the yolks were soooo yellow. Itty bitty tho...
I have had 5 eggs in 7 days, and they are 2 inches long by 1 inch. I forgot to take pics til today, but not sure how to hook cam up to computer, one of these days I will learn that.
Oh good news.. for the record, I gave her bread soaked in olive oil twice so far this week (in the mornin) and it has seemed to perk her up a LOT, she doesnt seem to be in as much pain when she lays and she actually played with her "friend" (my other pullet) the first night after I did it.
She also took a one day break from laying the day I gave it to her. She has filled out quite a bit this week so I am not quite as worried about her, and she doesnt squawk in pain when she lays now, so I guess she is getting "used" to it.
