My First Egg!!!

I feel like a proud Momma!!! One of my girls layed the most perfect little egg today!!! I looked in and there it was....right in the nest!!!! What good girls!!!!

Congrats Bec.....the first is the most exciteing...heck, even after many years, they are all exciteing!

I saved it!! I poked holes in the 2 ends and blew the yolk and stuff out!! I am going to put a protective coating on it and use it on display in my rooster and chicken themed kitchen!!!!! Yay!! So excited!!

Mine are Buff Orpingtons and they are just about 19 weeks old. I was just so excited to see that egg!! It seemed like it would never come!!!
