Two days in and one of the eggs has exploded in the incubator. The worst part is that I can't seem to remove it. It is in a egg turner and has "cooked" itself in. Smells awful, but it isn't touching or around the other eggs. How bad would it be to let it stay there? Other than the smell it doesn't seem to be an immediate danger.

If you smell it there's active bacteria in there. You will lose all your eggs if you leave in there.
I went ahead and took all of the good eggs out of the turner, put the back in the incubator and removed the turner with the bad egg. Sanitized the turner then put the good eggs back in. I suppose I should have known that's what to do, but I need experts here on BYC to remind me.

If you have a spray bottle that can mist. Pour some hydrogen peroxide in the spray bottle and mist the incubator with the eggs in it. That will help to kill off anything you missed in the incubator. Just a suggestion.
