#5 was a silkie named Paprika. I still have 5 silkies (1, 2, 3, 4, & 6), 6 Black Copper Marans (7-12), and 3 Barnyard Mixes (13-15) that are from my Silver Laced Wyandotte roosters and unknown hens.
Oh thats right. So all of the rest of them have survived? How is the one that was in the little sling?

Yes, all of the other 14 have survived, as of day 15. I haven't candled all of them since then.

#11 is still upright in her sling, and still alive. The air cell is still large and saddled. I'm keeping her in the sling all the way through to hatch. Fingers crossed for her!

We are locked down!

I went ahead and set the brooder up today. All that's left to do is cover the top of the heat plate with contact paper or something to keep it clean, and then of course I'll add food and water later. Right now I have a thermometer/hygrometer under the plate to test the environment.

I'm setting up a Zoom livestream so I can watch when I'm at work (I work four 12 hour night shifts this weekend, tomorrow through Tuesday). Not much is happening right now except the occasional twitch/wiggle. If anyone is interested in popping in from time to time, the meeting info is here https://us05web.zoom.us/j/85877617292?pwd=JxNHgtMBr9eYuAjeReunibo0Ri0Hg3.1
