My first hatch...a question

My first hatch resulted in 3 quail....I had 9 eggs in the bator..5 hatched total with only 3 making it.....anyway...I have 2 roos and 1 hen. They are 3 weeks today and my question is how should I house them when its time to come out of the brooder....I know I shouldn't leave the 2 roos with the one hen but can I do one to one for now until I get more hens or will that just be too much for her? I have 38 more eggs in the bator but they just started yesterday so won't be available for the roos for awhile.

one for one will be fine until you get some more going. We have 96 eggs that stop turning today!
