My first hatch!

My first ever chick hatched about an hour ago! I am so proud of her/him! It was such a beautiful thing to watch!
I have one question: (S)he is quite active and causing the other eggs to roll around quite a bit, is that alright?

Is this ur first time with chickens? And do u have a brooder set up ? Have u cancel tested them? Do u have food and food vecle vite main powder and water feeder? Just all the thing to take care properly and also they will have pasty bit make sure to clean it

Do you have a brooder setup. Once they are dried, and fluffy, it is good to transfer to brooder.

Yes, it’s my first time. The brooder is all ready for them. I am not sure what cancel testing is, could you please explain? Yes, I have all of the things to care for them, and know how to clean pasty butt. Thank you!

I am, once again, VERY happy to say that the second egg has hatched! I named him/her Magic. (S)he is very feisty and only an hour and 8 minutes old! She’s the one with more white
