We recently lost our favorite hen poppy :( we all loved her so much and she was the sweetest chicken. But we had some of her eggs from the past two weeks so we struck a deal with a friend and borrowed an incubator and in exchange we agreed to hatch some buff Orpington and Americana eggs for her and we have an incubator! I am super eggcited ( I had to put an egg pun in there ) and can’t wait for them to hatch.

how exciting! I love my NR360 but but sure to use a calibrated thermometer/hygrometer in there since mine was off a bit so had to set temp higher for it to actually be 99.5 in there.

We had a hard time getting the humidity right.
It will be different in all sections of the incubator. The main thing is an average overall since the eggs rotate. It is ok if it goes up and down.
