My First Incubator *REDNECK*

Hey guys just spent all day working on a bator... my very first! any suggestions? (Eggs in picture are for picture only =/)

More insulation to keep the interior from temperature swings. I made mine (see avatar) from an old dishwasher, using the heat element already in it.

The room i am keeping it in is going to be kept at the same temperature 24/7 (my bedroom) =] it will be around 65 all the time.....
