My First Red Golden Egg's?

Yesterday I came home with 10 red golden eggs that were layed Wed. I have never hatched pheasants before. I am in the middle of a guinea and black cyauga ducks hatch so I will wait to open the bator to put them in. Any special tips would be helpful. I know RG's are 22 days but do you stop turning 3 days before hatch like others? My eggs are from 3 unrelated pens and the eggs are numebred. I will put them into deviders in the hatching tray so I can keep them seperate but can I use small colored zip ties to band them as new borns? I have a Dickey's bator and the humidity is really easy to controll so what is best for them?

hello, im still trying to hatch ringnecks, but im worried , so good luck to you, i think mine should pip tomarrow, at 24 days, i did stop turning 3 days before, hope we all get some fuzzies,
