It is very impressive. I brought him out for guest photos the other day and a colleague took this pretty cool picture!
just a bit of a shame he was flaring his cape a bit towards me rather than the audience.

He is indeed! I love it when the guests ask for photos, and he is usually so good about it too!
They are certainly having words with each other, wish I had a birdy translator!Long time no post! The pheasants are doing very well heading towards their second winter - I did consider making their sheltered area "more sheltered" but they honestly seem very comfortable as is.
With dusk coming so early they now have their tea at lunchtime, and this seems to upset the two girls no end. They don't like change in the routine, or maybe they are just a bit more hungry because they sure have a lot to say to each other.
Haha, that's their angry noise. Them's fighting words!
They have tons of different clucks and chirrps and whistles though, including hisses. Same! The general gist is easy enough to get, but oh I bet there are some juicy, petty details getting said in this thropple!
