The goose has a blue gene but she is white. I think the gander is a true white. This one has a lot of grey.

So now what?

I removed him/her from the incubator bad put him in the brooder with a heat lamp. It would be too warm in there. He's still not standing or walking around. How long will it take before they are strong enough to stand?

When do I give water and feed? Are they like chickens in this respect?

What about Meraks vaccine?

I didn't think any wound hatch so surprise.. I have some learning to do.

The gosling looks grey to me. It takes awhile for the goslings after hatching to recover. It takes hours and sometimes even all day to recover. No need for water or food right away until up and moving about because they can stumble into the water and get wet and chilled which is not good.
Goslings do not need vaccines like chickens do.

It takes them a while to get up and start moving around. Provide food and water at around 24 hours old. Be very careful that they cannot drown in the water though!
