My first time ever incubating eggs: day 2

I was able to fit 11 eggs in my incubator without the eggs being smushed together (yipee! Take that magicfly mini incubator company!). I already flipped the eggs once today and I have added 3 more I think since day 1. Still keeping the temperature at 38°C and Celsius is still confusing to me.

In a forced air, you want 37.5 (99.5) and in a still air, you want 38+ a bit (100.5) measured at the top of the egg.
Don't add any more eggs. You've already created a protracted hatch situation.
You can't count on the temperature setting on the incubator. You must verify with a guaranteed accurate or a calibrated thermometer.
