My first turkey has a swollen belly/butt

my baby turkey has the same looking butt, and the poop keeps sticking to it... i have yet to find a way to cure it... if u happen to find anything out on how to help him or her?

I am currently having the same issue with one of my turkeys! I have been putting them in warm water. The first day they instantly pooped a lot but since then hasn’t really pooped as much when put in the water! I’ve kept them monitored and still seems to be struggling to poop she was shaking when I first brought her in but since being inside and under a heat lamp it has mostly subsided. I have noticed she shakes and it looks like she’s trying to push. Today is the third day trying to help her and she is still struggling to poop! I’m hoping to find something to help her!!
