I have never hatched anything other than chameleon eggs so this was our first attempt at ducks. Today was day 27 and I woke up to one of our eggs unzipped and chirping away! I had been worried sick because he had internally pipped 36 hours prior. My DH suggested leaving him till morning and boy was he right! Within 30 minutes of seeing his little beak pop out, he pushed the top of his shell off and climbed out! What an amazing experience! Now I just have to PATIENTLY wait for the rest...What a hard thing to do! :) IMG_1469.jpg IMG_1476.jpg 29468600_1607920065989849_5242131829581938688_n.jpg
