Sorry to pull this old thread up but I could not find any pics of Reds Offspring mature all I could find were the day old photos. MissPrissy my curiosity is killing me can you post or link the pics of Reds Offspring? I really want to see how its going.

I need to take some new photos. The cockerals are in my freezer. 2 pullets are in his pen. The pullets hatch and mature out as buffs and the cockerals are buff and black but very striking. I am hoping the next generation sees color!

Please grab that big guy and hug on him for me! I'd like to see his daughter, too! I've just hatched out my BO Brewster Rooster's kids from his RIR hen, Peppermint Patty and need to get new pics. One has a comb already, a son and a pullet. I'm experimenting for a darker shell on the egg and just plain want more of those two birds, Patty's a gentle character and Brewster's really special, too. (It would have been nice if the lil ones turned out as red as Red but I don't think that'll happen, but looking at them this young.)

I am following the breeding advice of Tim Adkerson. He told how to breed for Red's color. Breeding back will eventually reproduce his color.
