My Flemish giant is pregnant and lives with chickens

I think the advice you've gotten pretty much covers it; if those babies are to have a chance to survive, they'll need to be someplace where it's impossible (not just improbable) for the chickens to get to them. If the nest is anywhere that the chickens could find it, they probably will, and the results could be disastrous.

I know this post is from a few years ago, but I just wanted to comment. Don't underestimate your rabbits. My Flemish Giants are in with my chickens. The first litter my doe had I moved and would pen her in with them at night. The litter pictured she hid from me under a smaller coop with only a hole just big enough for the kits to get out to eat. The kits are now out of the nest and moving throughout the chicken yard there are plenty of hiding spots for them and the chickens leave them and mama alone.
