My Flock looks Pitiful

i have a flock of 8 hens and 1 Rooster. My rooster and 4 hens have the feathers missing or plucked from their heads and or neck, I have a hen that is limping and 2 that look underfed. I fear my old leghorn alpha hen whom is in perfect condition is the cause but I can’t confirm.
Any advice would be helpful.

Do they have access to enough food and water for all of them? The alpha hen could be stealing more than her share.

Yes. I have several feeders a water spread out.
