My flock of 30 have almost completely stopped laying

mine as well... 30 hens...was getting 13-18 eggs per day even in cold January/early February...now down to 12 a day or less. Yesterday was 9 total,

I can’t speak to a predator becuse I don’t know how often they are around at night but I did lose a chicken in december.
on a bright note I got 10 eggs yesterday
