My flock series: part 1!

* this series is for anyone who has questions about their flock management. I will be explaining different parts of my flock management for you to base your care off of. I know we all have different flocks and what works for me may not work for you but this may help give you ideas*

Hello! In the first addition of my series I will tell you about my flock dynamics.
My flock is a ever changing society, I am currently in the process of separation of my bantams So I will be referring to my flock as it will be after separation. Now let's jump in!

I have 2 flocks, flock 1 is my standard hens and flock 2 is my bantams and roosters! Flock one is my laying birds and currently do not have a rooster. Flock 2 is my pet bantams, it contains my 2 roosters and bantam hens.
Flock one contains these breeds:
Barred rock
Easter Egger
Orpington
Sapphire gem
Red sexlink
Mystery breed hen
Polish
Silkie/EE
Black copper Marans

Flock 2 contains:
Silkies
Bantam polish
Silkie crosses

Most of my chickens are of laying age with few exceptions.
