I know for sure the plymouth rock is a rooster because I have seen it crow but I thought one of the white ones with big hair on its head was a rooster, I turned out to be wrong! I would also appreciate some help in identifying the breed of the girls, this is as close as I could get for a photo.

All the birds except the definite rooster look like pullets to me. The hens appear to mostly be mixed breeds, maybe with some White Plymouth Rock in them and some Polish.
