i have a frizzle chicken it waits for a chicken to lay an egg then it forces the chicken out then puts a hole in the egg and then eats it. it also did this to a chicken that is sitting on eggs

It can be for diferent reason

She may need extra calcium
She needs to run free
she needs extra protein

It takes time to eliminate this habit form those kind of chickens

if posible trasfer to a diferent coop with other hens

also let her run free

or sell her

All my chickens are free ranged and by free ranged they could run away not the won where they go into a big fenced area

As I said once they start doing that is hard to make them stop.
you should get rid of her before the rest of the hens get the same habit.

they really like the taste of the eggs.

one thing that may work is keep her segregated from the group.

Also changing the nest location may work

it seems like she stooped it must of just been a 1 day phaze or something thatnk god tho

I have hens that have done that to,I put fake eggs in the nests and moved the nest boxes up higher,it seems to help.Out sight out of mind maybe.
