I have the perfect name for your big "nosed" chicken but you're probably wa-ay too young to appreciate it. Jimmy Durante! He was a movie star in the '40's and '50's and had a HUGE schnoz. In fact, they called him The Schnoz. Maybe you can google a pic of him. Anyway, I thought that name would suit your guy.
