My American Buff pair are less than one year old. But, it's coming into breeding season and the gander is "courting" me. The goose isn't laying yet, but I've seen the pair trying the figure out the whole how does this mating thing work.
In the mean time, he's very, shall we say, affectionate when i enter their area. The whole head dunking in the water dance and often times trying to seduce me by running his bill up and down my legs & bumping into me to keep constant contact. I usually ignore him and go about my business. That works after a few minutes and he's back to his normal self. But it's taking longer as the days get warmer for him to back off
So, any advice gow to discourage him? Or do I just ignore his courting.
