Could you make a pen within the pen that they could see each other yet still be separated?I will check her over better for some sort of bug. Is the feather fixer safe to give the others who are not having a problem or should I quarantine her? I’m considering separating her anyway...problem is they all go nuts if one isn’t with the group.![]()
I wondered that also since her skin is not at all irritated or swollen. She does have pin feathers but they are not uniform. Also, there are no piles of feathers anywhere. Sure we see one ir two lying around but I would definitely notice a bunch.Although not routine, there are instances where first year pullets molt. Are pin feathers filling on the bare spots ?
