My girls are getting big!

Just wanted to share a pic of my 4 ladies and my cat I though it was too cute not to share. She hangs around the chickens most of the day.
It’s starting to get cooler here in Australia I’m wondering if we will get eggs before winter starts.
Can anyone tell me how long it takes till their combs/wattles grow?

How old are they? Their combs will enlarge and redden when they are at point of lay.
Sorry I don't know when that would be. Maybe things are much different 'down under.

They are about 5ish months now possibly a little less. (I don’t know exactly birthdays) their combs are very small. We are just about to come into winter here so maybe we won’t see any eggs until spring?
