When you grow up Italian, you NEVER toss perfectly good paste or sauce. If you did, all those Zias past would roll in their graves and spit, especially since they could no longer hit you with a well-aimed flying shoe!

I just heard a bunch of Canada Geese go over, heading NORTH for a change! It was too big a flock to be the locals river-hopping. Maybe Spring really WILL be back before June?
