My girls come this week: I'm new and need advice

Hello, Im new to BYC and new to chickens in general. I have 3, 18 week old Red Sexlink layers coming. We have our coop ready to go. I have feed, oyster shells, feeder, drinker. I have planted some plants around the chickens garden that are supposed to help with pests. I have wood chip for the floor and straw for the boxes.

So... what else do I need to get, to know about, etc. Like I said, this is my maiden voyage. Ive done a lot of reading, but experienced advice from people who know is so much better. Please, advice away!!!

do you have outdoor run for them? mine have a sandbox in theirs.they love to take their dust bath in the sand.also I have some roost in their run too.i keep the feeder and water inside coop.but I do have a water container outside also.i have wire on top of run.to keep out the mean wildlife.
