Do you have a rooster?
Out ruled mites or lice?
What's their diet?
I do have a rooster. I did not see bugs when I looked. Thought about treating anyways. I buy local feed and they free ranch

Looks to me like the hens are plucking each other. This happened with my 2 Cochin bantams, when one was broody, the other was busily plucking out her feathers. And, the baldness on the back of the head is from the roo.

What's the feed? What protein? Is there a nutrition label?
I’ll have to look when we get more. I don’t have the bags. We have tubes we fill and an another can we fill. My ducks eat the same food. I just know it’s local made. I tried to look on the website but they didn’t have the bag on the website. If there is anything else I can give to add?

Makes me feel bad. I lost 2 girls last year. There’s necks were bald. I looked for bugs but did not see any. I thought about treating anyways.

It's hard to say until we know the feed mix.
