My Girls won't go outside

I'm having Aweful trouble getting my girls to venture out into their run. I brought them home on Monday and kept them inside for a few days but now they won't go out! My 3 weekers grapes in and out all day long. Any ideas to get them to explore their run???

Give them time. Chickens hate change, and they are still adjusting to their new home.

Finally Friday they came out I'm pretty sure everyone has been out for a venture in their run. They are so sweet to watch I love they catch a bug/worm and does this happy road runner dash then another chick steals it!!!
